When animals get bruises or wounds and are left untreated, they get infested with worms. To treat this, Jediben uproots Bengal gram (Cicer arietinum L.) plant and grinds the whole of it. She applies this on the wounds/bruises. By doing this the worms come out and the wounds heal faster. Jediben learnt the practices from her father. |
