Garbage Collection

An idea of garbage collection by putting a thin layer of magnetic material in the empty wrappers of eatables. Correspondingly the public dustbins will also have a similar magnetic material. These wrappers when thrown near the dustbins or even randomly flying in the air, will get attracted to the bin.
