| Abstract |
Young cucumber or bottle gourd plants are often attacked by red beetle leading lead to the death of the plants. To avoid this, farmers isow seeds of fodder sorghum along with seeds of cucumber/gourds. The thick growth of sorghum seedlings protects the young cucumber/gourd plants by repelling the beetles. |
